Lachung is a scenic mountain village that boasts of its lofty snow-capped mountain peaks, scenic waterfalls, sparkling brooks and apple and apricot orchards. Our main place of visit would in Lachung would be the Yumthang Valley, which is a grazing pasture surrounded by the mountains. On the way back, we will visit the hot spring which is considered to have medicinal properties. Later return back to hotel & leave for Gangtok. An overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
GANGTOK - PELLING (120 KMS / 5 HRS)
In the morning after breakfast, we will transfer you to Pelling (6,100 ft.). On arrival, check-in to your pre booked hotel. In the afternoon, we will take a half day tour of Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. An overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.
PELLING – NJP RAILWAY STATION/IXB AIRPORT (148 KMS / 6 HRS)
After breakfast in the morning, we will leave Pelling for NJP Railway Station /Bagdogra Airport to catch the train/ flight along with sweet memories for the onward destination.
